工作职责:
1、负责公司采购工作,包括:询价、比价、签定采购合同、验收、评估及反馈汇总工作;
Be responsible of the procurement work of our company including price inquiry, price comparison, sign purchasing contract, acceptance, evaluation feedback, the summary work
2、调查、分析和评估目标市场,确定需要和采购时机;
Investigate, analyze evaluate target markets, then identify the purchase needs opportunity.
3、完善公司采购制度,优化采购流程,控制采购质量与成本;
Improve company procurement system the purchasing process, to control the purchasing quality purchasing cost
4、组织对供应商进行评估、认证、管理及考核;
Organize the evaluation, certification, management assessment of suppliers
5、制订部门的短、中、长期工作计划,编制并提交部门预算;
Develop department short, medium long-term work plan, prepare submit departmental budget
6、负责公司物流和项目的招标及商务谈判;
Bidding business negotiation of the logistics project work.
7、根据采购需求完成相关进出口业务;
Take charge of the import export business work according to the purchasing requirements
8、制定并执行部门年度工作及培训计划;
Make execute annual work training plan
9、协调公司各部门间工作.
Coordinate the work between different departments
岗位要求:
1、化工行业3年以上相关采购行业管理工作经验,有外资企业采购经理工作经历者优先;
2、大学本科及以上学历,管理类、物流类相关专业;
3、具备良好的英文沟通能力者优先;
4、具备良好部门内和跨部门的组织和协调能力,良好的谈判、人际沟通能力,团队协作能力强。
