1、新产品设计；New product design.

5、参与产品质量问题分析和改进；Analysis product quality issue modify the design issue.
6、参与必要的市场调研和供应商考察；Participate necessary market survey supplier evaluation.
7、样机试制过程中的技术支持和进度跟踪。Technical support during proto trial schedule tracking.
1. 机械设计或相关专业本科及以上学历；Bachelabove, mechanical design relevant major.
2. 掌握机械设计相关知识；Master relevant knowledge of mechanical design.
3. 具备三年以上农机或工程机械驾驶室设计经验，拥有成功案例；有曲面造型设计的案例；有操纵机构设计的案例，熟悉塑料件、钣金件工艺；Have more than 3 years’design experience of agricultural machine construction machine cabin. Even have success cases. Have the case of surface design commdesign. Be familiar to plastics sheet metal process.
4. 熟悉产品开发设计流程，有较强的产品设计能力；Be familiar to product design procedure. Good product design competence.
5. 具备一定的的语言表达及文字写作能力，较好的沟通及协调能力；Have certain expression writting competence. Good communication collaboration.
6. 可操作CAD、UG等设计软件及OFFICE等办公软件；Can handle design software of CAD, UG so on, office software.
7. 积极创新；有敬业精神；思维敏捷；态度认真、仔细，具备一定的逻辑思维能力。Active, innovating, dedicated, smart thought, serious careful attitude. Have certain logic thought.
