4.热爱并致力投身于少儿英语教育事业，对教育行业有自己的认知和想法；
Love devote yourself to the Basic English educational career, have special recognition ideas about the education sector.
5.具有良好的沟通能力，勇于创新和接受新的教育理念，有能力创作教学资料；
Good communication skill, embrace with creative new educational idea; be active to make up the teaching resources.

岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1、全英文授课，制定授课教案；
Full-English teaching, design the teaching plan;
2、根据课程安排，完成相应的教学任务；
According to the course arrangement, accomplish the teaching task;
3、通过微信教学、日常沟通方式对学生的学习效果进行跟踪，提供优秀的授课服务；
Provide good teaching service; use different way (Wechat phone-call) to communicate with the students to help them improve.
4、积极参与学校和部门组织的各种培训、教研、讲座和会议等活动；
Be active to join all kinds of training, meeting activities.
